UK SHIPPING POLICY & INFO
1) Our products are print-on-demand. That means we don't hold products in warehouses - instead each product is made especially for you, once you place an order.
2) Non-customised orders are processed automatically, and then go straight into production. Our items usually take between 1 - 5 days to print/fulfil/process once an order is placed (specific production times for each product are listed below). As soon as the product is made, it's then shipped directly to you, by our fulfilment partners.
3) Personalised orders take up to 24 hours to process, as we need to edit the file to include your customisation. It then takes a further 1 - 5 days for the order to be printed/fulfilled before it's dispatched to you.
4) Please, note, some items may be delayed if the fulfilment company is experiencing high-demands.
5) Our items are printed/made by different fulfillment partners, therefore, if you order multiple items they may be shipped separately and arrive at different items. We do not charge extra for this, delivery/shipping is always free.

7) We have separate UK and US sites. Most of the products on our UK site are printed and shipped from facilities in the UK. The only products on our UK site which are shipped from facilities overseas are our: windbreaker, backpacks, wide leg pants, track pants, support other women blanket, happy stripes crop top and smiles all over crop top. If you order these items that are produced overseas, your order may occur additional customs, duties and tax charges that are out of our control. We do not pay or cover the cost of these charges. To see if your order will occur chargers we recommend reading the information on the government website.
8) On rare occasions items may go out of stock once an order is placed. If this happens, products which are produced at multiple facilities worldwide may be fulfilled and shipped from an overseas facility. If this happens the delivery time may be longer and the order may occur customs and duty charges which we do not cover and are out of our control. If the product goes out of stock and isn't printed at a different facility, we will contact you with some options. You can either have a full-refund, we can request the item to be printed with a alternative printing company or you can wait until an item comes back in stock.
9) We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders, even multiple item ones.
